Hi, I’m Coach Krys, Owner of Signature Shape. I created these workshops because I know that fitness without education and connection is just noise. I’ve helped hundreds of women in Brampton get stronger physically, emotionally, and mentally—and I’d love to help you, too. My mission is to educate, empower, and equip you for real-life success.

No! Our workshops are open to all women in Brampton who want to learn, move, and grow. Members receive early access and discounted pricing, but guests are always welcome to join.
